Installation and Registration

Prior to creating a support case for your installation or registration issue, please browse or search articles below in the knowledge base.  CodeGear creates articles on many issues related to installation and registration of its products.

When creating a support case, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • CodeGear product you are using (exact version)
  • Product serial number or license number
  • Error message you received, if any (preferably cut-and-paste of the verbatim message)
  • Explanation of what you were doing when the error occurred
  • Version of operating system (e.g. Windows) you are using
  • Type of hardware you are using
  • Network operating system you are using
  • Any other information you consider pertinent to your problem
