Source Formatter Options appears for some users

Source Formatter Options from the Tools | Options dialog are not available if you never were a field tester. Example:

However, Source Formatter options were removed from product before release are not supported in the released product. To make this dialog appear as it should, delete the <delphiforphpdir>\desktops\tool.bars file. When you next start Delphi for PHP the file will be regenerated.
