I've registered RAD Studio 2009 but it isn't listed on my dn account, why?

The new serial number has not been properly upgraded. To resolve this issue:

1. Go to the Start Menu

2. Select all Programs

3. Select CodeGear RAD Studio 2009

4. Select Modify/Repair/ Uninstall

5. Wait for the Installation wizard to load

6. Select Upgrade

7. Type the new Serial number when prompted
