ActionBar Components missing from the German Version of Turbo C++ 2006.

In the German version of Turbo C++ 2006, the ActionBar Components are missing.� In order to install the ActionBar Components into the IDE, you must do the following:

In the IDE, select Component | Install Packages

Click Add...

Browse to the directory Borland\BDS\4.0\Bin and select the file: "dclact100.bpl"

Click Open.

Click OK.
