Why is 'Configure CVS' grayed out from the Team menu?

Issue:

Team--> configure CVS is greyed out

Solution:

Configure CVS" will be grayed out when you have selected CVS as your VCS, but the project is not yet checked in to the server.

Are you attempting to:

A. Check an existing JBuilder project into CVS

B. Checkout an existing CVS project into JBuilder.

For A:

1. Team | Select Project VCS | CVS
2. Team | Place project into CVS | and then proceed through the wizard

For B:

1. File | New | Project | Pull Project from CVS | and then proceed through the wizard
