Cannot register to download Crystal Reports XI Developer from Business Objects

Issue:

I follow the procedure exactly, but when attempting to register to download the Crystal Reports IX Developer from Business Objects, I receive an error and cannot complete the process. How can I workaround this problem?

Workaround:

First download the Crystal Reports XI Developer Trial from Business Objects:

http://businessobjects.com/products/reporting/crystalreports/evalxi/deveval_download.asp

After it is downloaded, run the installer. During the installation procedure it will ask for a key code. You can find the key code embedded in the URL that is listed in JBuilder (File | New | General | Crystal Report | then click on Register now)
