If the Vignette Portal plugin has been installed, the 'Vignette Portal Configuration' object should be enabled in the Object Gallery (File | New | Web | Vignette Portal Configuration).

If not, verify the following files exist:

../JBuilder2005/lib/ext/vgn-portal-jbuilder.jar
../JBuilder2005/third-party/vignette-portal-7.1

Also, the downloads available at the Vignette site are for:

- the plugin (which you already have if the files above exist)
- the Vignette Application Portal

If you are not able to download the Vignette Application Portal for some reason, your only recourse is to contact Vignette directly.
