The 'type' field under the Optimzeit section of the runtime configuration is blank

Abstract: The 'type' field under the Optimzeit section of the runtime configuration is blank

Issue:

I am not able to use Optimizeit within JBuidler. In any project, the 'type' field under the Optimizeit section of the runtime configuration for a particular project is blank.

Solution:

Shutdown JBuilder, and navigate to the ../JBuilder/lib/ext directory and look for any files of the type:

oijb*plugin.config (e.g. oijb10plugin.config)

oijb*plugin.jar (e.g. oijb10plugin.jar)

If you have more than one file of each type above (e.g. both oijb10plugin.* and oijb8plugin.*), then remove the files that appear to relate to earier versions of the plugin (e.g. say if this is JBuilderX, 2005, or 2006 and you had both oijb10plugin.* and oijb8plugin.*, you would remove oijb8plugin.*).

If you only have one , open the oijb*plugin.config in a text editor and verify that the listed files point to correct directories where OptimizeIt is installed:
