Replacement libborland_lm.dll for InterBase 7.5.1 users on Windows

This file corrects a problem where the InterBase server cannot start if your system drive is on a other than drive C. When this occurs, Interbase.log will have:

Registration file error: Unknown error.

This file also has one new additional feature. In the past, the borland.lic file had to live in the InterBase home directory. This version of libborland_lm.dll allows borland.lic to live your user home directory. The install for JBuilder 2006 deploys InterBase registration in this fashion.

Directions for installation:

1. Extract lbborland_lm.dll from file into bin directory below InterBase install directory (c:\program files\borland\interbase by default).
2. Start InterBase server.
